today's the BIG DAY! wahahas.
we went out as a class all tgt tdy. too bad weekheong&hongyi wasnt able to join us. x)

1st stop: QIAN HU FISH FARM.
we had a tour guide, called Mr Eddie. i think he's nervous or smth, coz he stammers. =X
i didnt know tt the fishes had to be "QUARANTINED".
n den i kept saying "the fishes had to be quarantined coz dey've gotten SARS"
hahas. ok, i'm lame.
we oso went to see the "dragon fish", which was said to bring luck & fortune to the owner.
Mr Eddie oso told us tt the males will collect all the eggs frm the female, den for about 45 days, dey'll sit n wait for the eggs to hatch. hence, it mean tt dey wont eat at all.
n for fishes, dey dont hav HANDS, onli a mouth. which meant, the baby fishes will swim out frm ur daddy's mouths.
imagine coming out frm ur dad's mouth. u'll probably be stuck halfway. xDDD
den sometimes, the workers in the farm will hav to help these daddies open their mouth, so tt the babies will be able to swim out.
these fishes can oso live to a HUNDRED years.
imagine u at a hundred years old, probably wrinkled & bed-ridden.
oh ya, received an ice-cream treat frm Mr Roy & Mr Tay b4 we left. xDD

jealous tt i got to see HIS fish? hees.. the fish is actually quite big luhs. but frm the photo, it doesnt look quite big.
but it shuld be lyk some kind of a "collector's item" so its NOT FOR SALE. x)


get this. this dragon fish below costs $3388. tt is lyk, about as expensive as a gd laptop!
but of coz, this is an ornamental fish, so it cant to used to do anything, except as an ORNAMENT.x)

den took the 912 bus back wif lingjie, coz he going sch.
very tired & fell aslp. xP
had a very enjoyable & memorable day.
