started working yesterday, i mean, Saturday.
and something i noticed:
the newcomers always have to do the sian-est stuffs.
cause they're always doing stuff that others dread doing.
which is doing the sian-est stuffs.
hence, the newcomers always have to do the sian-est stuffs.

so yea, i basically folded clothes, & folded more clothes.
and i realised 5 things:
1) the latest most 'in' cartoon is Ben10.
2) Thomas the toy engine & his group of friends is still counted 'in'. o.O
3) Batman, Superman, Transformers & Spongebob is way unpopular.
4) Barbie still wins My Little Pony. hooray.
5) Hello Kitty is not as popular as before.
6) 'PINK' is number ONE in a girl's christmas list.

for the past 2 days, i've been hearing the exact same thing from boys.
"MUMMY! i want BEN10!!!"
all boys shouting to their mothers of course.

all i hear from girls are:
"MUMMY! i want that pink (something)!!"
gosh. =.=

and true enough, kids are really cute.
i've seen some and went "wow. i wanna have a child of my own too."
but sadly, the next moment an ear-piercing cry sounds.
and i thought "nvm."

and based on 2 days of experience, i have came up with a few must-needs when working at a department store that specialises in Children things.
1) you must be able to stand children cries.
every 5 mins, you'll hear one.
2) you must be very patient with parents and their children.
they are really very indecisive.
3) you must know how much discount is a member entitled to.
every mother will ask.
4) you must be capable storing and displaying visual and verbal information.
every parent is lazy in terms of finding stuff. so every 6 mins, a parent will come approaching you to ask you where what is.
5) you must be able to handle children.
they are seriously weird creatures. =.=

for the 1st day, i constantly stared at "Ben10" and "Thomas the toy engine and friends" tops & bottoms.
for the second day, i found smth else to do. :)
i changed direction and stared at Ben10, Spongebob, Thomas, Barbie, Hellokitty, Strawberry Shortcake & Spiderman undies. =.=
arranging undies is so much easier than folding clothes, really.

okae lahs. going sleep liaos.
working tomorrow, i mean today. =.=
