I'M BACK!
after surviving 10 days in Malaysia, i've finally returned to dearest Singapura.
14th to 23rd March was spent at Batu Pahat, a "town" in the state of Johore.
23rd to 24th March was spent over at Weili's place.
it's been quite awhile since i've went to visit all my relatives in Malaysia, especially my maternal grandparents.
so since there was a Birthday Celebration for my grandmothers 80th year, so why not?
in all, my Mum, Yvonne and I travelled together.
so i pretty much has company most of the time. :)
a few highlights on the trip there, the stay, and the trip back.
- we missed the bus to Batu Pahat for which we already bought the tickets for.
we waited for about an hour before we did some action.
which was, to purchase new tiskets for the next bus.
wasted RM30 plus for 3 adult tickets. :(
- the first 2 days was well, boring.
since we didnt have much to do and there wasnt a single internet connection available.
sad. :(
- then we went shopping for the next 3 days.
came back loaded with goods.
it was also the first time Yvonne rode on a Motorcycle.
lucky her, she took the middle seat.
poor me, i had the back seat which wasnt very comfortable. :(
- we borrowed drama serials from my cousin to watch.
but as you know, everyone there owns pirated goods.
so we had a hard time watching "18 禁不禁".
since it keeps hanging and pausing and making us both so fed-up.
and for your information, we didnt even finish the 2nd disc out of the 4.
- i've dyed my hair.
and Yvonne has rebonded hers.
you'll know my current hair colour when you see it. :)
- Friday, 20th March 2009, was Tracy Kok's 17th birthday.
we sent her an SMS to wish her a happy bithday.
HAPPY BIRTHDAY GIRL!
- Saturday, 21st March 2009, we went over to a relative's house to celebrate the marriage of a cousin of my mum's.
there was plenty of food and juice and beer.
we of course, left the beer alone. :)
- Monday, 23rd March 2009, my mum came back to Singapore, and her mother came too.
Yvonne and i took the 12:30 bus to Johor Bahru.
Weili and her mum came to bring us back to their house.
and my, her house is very nice.
i like. :)
- the 3 of us met up for with Junjie at City Square for shopping.
went to Neway for a karaoke session.
and it cost a total of RM90.90.
about S$10 each.
quite cheap. :)
- back to Singapore in the evening.
my telephone line only changed back from My Maxis to Singtel at Marsiling station.
while theirs were already of Singtel at the custom.
so slow. =.=
