went there with SueYeen, LeeHoon, JiaHui, LayYen and Jeannie.
i love it there.
the weather, the view, the theme park, etc.
but i totally hate the bus ride that we have to take either to reach there, or come back.
i was having crazy headaches and giddy spells on the coach the whole time. =.=
Day SATU:
Jeannie and I met up at around 5:45am at Woodlands MRT station.
i thought there was 912, so i sat at the busstop waiting for a bus.
upon waiting for 10 mins, i figured that it was weird not having any bus.
so i turned back and read the bus notice behind me.
it states "first bus 0548"
wth. =.= it was already 10 mins to 5:45 then.
so i took a cab to cwp. =.=
cost me $6. :((
after she reached, we took cab (again) to The Golden Mile to meet the others.
we flaged frantically for a cab before boarding one at abount 6am.
reached there at approximately 6:20am.
chatted while waiting for the coach.
finally at 7am, we set off.
off we go from the Malaysia Custom.
the horrible ride continued.
i wondered at the surroundings, took a short nap, chatted with the others, etc.
the bus also stopped twice for us to take toilet breaks and also little snacks to fill our stomachs.
around 2pm, we reached Genting.
we went to the Tour Counter to get our Check In.
the queue was long.
so we went to Starbucks to get a drink.
i had a Ice Blended Mocha which cost me RM12.50.
the whipped cream made me gain another 10kg. :((
after we got our room allocations, we proceeded to place out luggages aside.
with the bulky stuffs aside, we could go aroudn to explore Genting.
went to Kenny Rogers Roasters to have our dinner.
the meal consisted of a quarter of a whole chicken, some salads, a muffin and a drink.
i like the hot chocolate. hahs.
costing about RM24.
since it was already in the late afternoon, so we went shopping before catching the movie "Kung Fu Chefs" at 5pm.
i remember Wanli always wanting to catch it but none of us would. :P
but anyway, the movie was okae.
the ending was too simple, kinda lame too.
personal ratings: 3/5 stars.
go catch it if you like to see people showing off their cutting skills. :)
though i would like it better if the ending was longer to show more of what happened after wards.
then we went to OldTown for dinner.
i had a bowl of Ipoh Hor Fun and yet another cup of hot chocolate since i didnt fancy any caffine.
not bad. i like the soup. :)
after the dinner, we went shopping again.
after which, we caught another movie, "Watchmen" at 1am.
heard that it was a rather long ago de film already.
this movie on the other hand, was eeyer.
the storyline was too complicated and too lame.
fighting scenes too unrealistic.
the only thing i thought was better was the computer graphics.
personal ratings: 0.5/5 stars.
btw, this is a rated 18 movie, meaning only 18 yrs and above can watch it.
but the ratings very stupid oso lahs.
because the "Love Matters" movie which i caught in Singapore was rated 18 there too. =.= (but it is only a NC16 movie here)
Jeannie was beside me during this movie.
and when there were intimidate scenes, she would go "Shiyi! dun see dun see!"
LOL.
back to the hotel room and fell asleep soon.
since it was already... 3 plus nearing 4 am. o.O
Day DUA:
woke up pretty early.
about 8:30am.
went to the First World Cafe for a buffet breakfast.
there was a wide selection of pretty good food varieties.
but i really worry for the hygiene standards. =.=
we spent the next half of the day at the Theme Parks, outdoor and indoor.
i tried almost every ride there, and took plenty of pictures. :)
Jeannie however, felt nauseous after the second ride.
so she went back to the hotel room to get a nap.
at late afternoon/ early evening, we went back to wash up.
SueYeen, JiaHui, LeeHoon, Ah Luen (leehoon's bf, sueyeen's brother) & I met up again at around 7 for dinner at Ah Yat Abalone Restaurant.
LayYen and Jeannie didnt want to join us so they went shopping instead.
the dinner was well, expensive.
and i didnt really have any special likings for those expensive delicacies.
after dinner, LayYen and Jeannie joined us.
we watched a short 3D film which was super ultra lame.
we also continued with the rides in the indoor Theme Park.
i love love love the Bumper Cars! :DDD
around 11:15, they went to watch "Street Fighter".
as for me, i went back to the hotel room since i want to sleep more than watch a movie. :)
Day TIGA:
woke up at near 10am.
met up with Jia Hui, Jeannie and LayYen for breakfast at Marybrown.
we had a "family meal" together.
in the end, we didnt finish the fries and the coleslaw. =.=
we went shopping after that.
i bought 4 pieces of clothings at Cheetah.
3 for my brother, 1 for myself.
total costing me RM69.74 :(
then came SueYeen and LeeHoon.
we checked out of the hotel, and blahs.
we were on the bus back to Singapore by around 2:15pm.
again, the bus stopped twice.
the ride was even more horrible this time.
my head was spinning and throbbing in pain.
we passed by the Twin Towers in Kuala Lumpur.
so i snapped a couple of pitures of it. ;P
around 10:17pm we reached The Golden Mile.
we ate supper at the foodcourt opposite of it.
then Jeannie and I took a cab back to Woodlands.
wah seh. around $9 went to the driver's pocket. :(((
